Charity Buzz - Head Shaving and Fundraising!

Head shaving has become a popular form of fundraising in recent years...not only can you easily raise money for a good cause, but nothing starts off a conversation with your friends or co-workers like a freshly shaven head! We've found the following organizations who use buzz cuts for good:

World's Greatest Shave - One of Australia's largest fundraising events features shaved heads raising money for the Leukaemia Foundation. This year's event is March 15-17, 2007.

Record Breaking Buzz Cuts - In April of 2006, over 200 Kent State students set a record and raised money for the Cleveland Clinic Taussig Cancer Center. As one participant stated, "It went to a good cause, and I don't look stupid."
